2 March 2016 the staff of Brandt Brass Ensemble - Yury Dolgova, Denis Novitsky, Valentin Statnik, Alexander Danilenko Vyacheslav Sidorov were awarded medals "For contribution to preservation of national traditions". In 2014 this award was first given the Director of the ensemble Oleg Abramov. The award is presented annually to experts who made a significant contribution to the preservation and promotion of culture and folk traditions
