The new program Brandt Brass Ensemble "From the first person"

Brandt Brass Ensemble invites friends and all admirers of music in the sublime atmosphere of the big hall of Saratov Conservatory. In fine sound of brass instruments - Brandt the Brass ensemble and Vladislav Lavrik (a pipe, Moscow) will provide the new program "From the First Person" to the companies of masterpieces of world musical culture!

 

Live music of different eras, from classics to the jazz won't leave you indifferent. A concert will take place within the festival devoted to the 105 anniversary of Saratov Conservatory. The ensemble in the commonwealth with one of the best trumpeters of Russia and Europe will provide the best works in author's arrangements. You will hear Vivaldi, Mozart, Bach's most popular melodies, music to the famous movies, Astor Pyazzola's compositions, Antonio Carlos Jobim and, of course, won't do without musical surprises.

Brandt  Brass Ensemble - the owner of the Grand Prix and the special prize "For Preserving and Development of Traditions of School of Playing Wind Instruments" in the nomination "Ensemble of Brass Wind Instruments" on the II International contest of trumpeters of V. I. Shchelokov (Yekaterinburg, 2007).

The ensemble is marked out by the letter of acknowledgement of the International Goethe Institute for a contribution to development of the international relations in the sphere of culture and art between Russia and Germany, the Diploma of the Ministry of Culture of the Saratov region "For achievements in the sphere of culture and art" following the results of 2007 in the nomination "Success of Year".

Repeatedly received letters of acknowledgement of the Minister of Cultural Affairs of Dagestan, Udmurtia, International department of the Moscow State Conservatory of P. I. Tchaikovsky for effective cooperation in the sphere of culture and art

Since March, 2010 the ensemble is the first ensemble - the official representative of Yamakha in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Vladislav Lavrik is the gifted musician combining uncommon talents. He by right is considered one of the best trumpeters of Russia.

Lavrik was born in 1980 in Zaporizhia in a family of musicians. At music school studied at the same time at piano and wind departments. Already studying in college, Vladislav was shown as the trumpeter-soloist, playing with various orchestras in Russia and abroad. From 1998 to 2003 it continued training in the Moscow State Conservatory of P. I. Tchaikovsky in a class of professor Yu. A. Usov, and later — in a class of associate professor Yu. E. Vlasenko where also finished a postgraduate study in 2005. In 2000, after the termination of the 2nd rate of conservatory, V. Lavrik was invited in the Russian national orchestra under control of M. Pletnev and in 2001 at the age of 20 years took the place of the leader of group of pipes, having become the youngest musician in the history of orchestra appointed to this position.

Vladislav is a prize-winner of the Moscow international festival of young soloists (1997, 1998), the winner of several international contests. Among them: "Tender of young trumpeters of T. Dokshitser" (1994, 1996), international contest "Classical heritage" (1994), "The Moscow international contest of trumpeters" (2000).

In addition to an extensive cooperation with RNO, Vladislav Lavrik makes solo programs together with the famous orchestras and conductors, such as M. Pletnev, V. Spivakov, A. Vedernikov, A. Sladkovsky, Yu. Bashmet, K. Orbelyan, M. Shostakovich, C. Ponti, D. Liss worldwide, etc. Many modern composers, such as T. Smirnova, O. Oblov, R. Kalimullin trusted V. Lavrik the first execution of the works for a pipe.

Being engaged in vigorous concert activity, V. Lavrik gives master classes in Russia and abroad. In September, 2008 concerts and Lavrik master classes in the USA in five states went over with great success, and opening of a season of 2008-2009 with Asheville Symphony caused fine reviews after execution of concerto for A. Arutyunyan's pipe: "… the young trumpeter with the magnificent equipment. He showed excellent musical expressiveness in ensemble merge to orchestra".

In 2015 for a contribution to development of traditions and promoting of wind art to Vladislav Lavrik the Russian President's award for young cultural figures is awarded.
