New concert program "From the First Person"
"Brandt Brass Ensemble" will give a concert on April 1 in the Big hall of Saratov Conservatory. In the new program "From the First Person" Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart's melodies, music to the famous movies will sound. Besides, musicians have prepared several surprises.
As the soloist in the concert program the famous trumpeter Vladislav Lavrik (Moscow) will act. Vladislav is a prize-winner of the Moscow international festival of young soloists (1997, 1998), the winner of several international competitions. Besides extensive cooperation with RNO, Vladislav Lavrik makes solo programs together with the famous orchestras and conductors, such as M. Pletnev, V. Spivakov, A. Vedernikov, A. Sladkovsky, Yu. Bashmet worldwide.
In 2015 for a contribution to development of traditions and promoting of wind art to Lavrik the Russian President's award for young cultural figures is awarded.
"Brandt Brass Ansambl" - the owner of the Grand Prix and the special prize "For Preservation and Development of Traditions of School of Playing Wind Instruments" in the nomination "Ensemble of Brass Wind Instruments" at the II International competition of trumpeters of V. I. Shchelokov (Yekaterinburg, 2007). Since March, 2010 the ensemble is the official representative of Yamakha in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Concert "From the first person" will take place within the festival devoted to the 105 anniversary of Saratov Conservatory.
